
Director of Outreach & Engagement
The Director of Outreach & Engagement is a high- energy, self-motivated, task-oriented leader, passionate about helping diverse and other high school students obtain the knowledge and resources necessary to build long-term wealth. Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience in education and/or recruitment, and a successful track record working with community organizations, high school administrators, teachers, and students.
The Director will identify and attract new high school applicants by leaning into the contemporary trends that encourage student interest. The ideal candidate is motivated, persistent, strategic, and excels in relationship- building. Strong communication skills and a gregarious personality are essential for this role.

Focus

Spearhead recruitment drives and campaigns by developing and leading strategies to recruit new high school students

Identify and synthesize information that will help inform recruitment and marketing decisions

Build a partnership network of high schools and community organizations to drive national enrollment

Support operations team with database management projects

Engage with high school students during DIME in-person and virtual events

Regular documentation, compilation and organization of recruitment and intake data

Organize and attend national recruiting events

Assist in the redesign of marketing materials and social media campaigns

Collaborative Program Director

The DIME Collaborative Program Director is a self-motivated, task-oriented leader who is passionate about helping diverse and other high school students obtain the knowledge and resources necessary to build long-term wealth. Ideally, the candidate will have prior exposure to the investment management industry or a successful track record implementing DEI based programs within corporate structures. Prior experience establishing partnerships with community, school and philanthropic organizations is a plus. The preferred candidate will also exhibit strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and coordinate time sensitive initiatives.
Under the leadership of DIME’s executive team, the candidate will serve as the organization’s primary point of contact related to its partnership with investment managers, corporations and community based organizations. The right candidate will collaborate with the National Program Director and National Recruiter to analyze current generational trends and offer creative ways to build new inroads for student engagement.
