Overview of the Role:
The abrdn Future Talent Program is a 3-day program designed to provide participants with education, experience, and an introduction to the investment management industry. Investing in a diverse and inclusive workforce is critical at abrdn. This program is open to students of all majors at the undergraduate level who identify as Black or Hispanic/Latinx, which have been historically underrepresented in the financial services and investment management industries. While we are targeting students in their freshman and sophomore years, we will also consider students in their junior and senior years.
