The DIME Program is a nationally recognized wealth literacy initiative dedicated to building the next generation of investors through mentorship, financial education, and real-world investment experience.

Primary Responsibilities 

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Wealth Education & Literacy to lead the development and implementation of our digital investment curriculum. This role is pivotal in enhancing existing educational content, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the successful rollout of our web-based curriculum to high schools nationwide called DIME Digital.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Curriculum: Support the design and development of a comprehensive digital curriculum focused on wealth literacy and investing.

• Curriculum Enhancement: Revise and improve existing educational materials related to financial literacy and investment education.

• Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with critical vendors, strategic partners, and consultants involved in curriculum development and deployment of DIME content.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director and Student Engagement Director to ensure content alignment and maximize student impact.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present program initiatives and outcomes to strategic partners, sponsors, and investors.

• Student Interaction: Engage with high school students participating in the DIME program to gather feedback and ensure content relevance.

 

Qualifications

 

• Educational Experience: Proven experience teaching finance, investing, or wealth-building concepts to high school, college, or postgraduate students.

• Industry Background: Experience in the investment industry or related fields is highly desirable.

• Passion for Education: Demonstrated enthusiasm for financial education and working with high school youth.

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, youth-focused environment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Digital Learning Expertise: Experience developing or leading digital learning initiatives is a plus.
